JAMB Releases 2013 UTME Results: Only TenCandidates Score 300 Marks And Above
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)
has released the 2013 Unified Tertiary Matriculation
Examination (UTME) results.
The board, however, withheld 12,110 results for possible
disciplinary action.
The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, announced
this at a news conference on the release of the results in
Bwari, FCT, on Friday.
The registrar said after thorough processing of answer
scripts of the candidates who sat for the examination, the
board discovered some forms of malpractice perpetuated
during the conduct of the examination.
"However, the results of 68,309 candidates from various
centres are undergoing further screening to ascertain the
culpability of 12,110 candidates' results."
A total of 1,629,102 candidates applied to sit for the
Paper Pencil Test (PPT), while 15,008 candidates
applied for the Dual Based Test, bringing the number of
candidates to 1,644,110.
"The general performance of candidates in this year's
examination shows remarkable improvement compared
with last year.
"Ten candidates scored 300 marks and above, while
127,017 candidates scored between 1-159 marks.
"About 40,692 candidates' results were invalid due to
either multiple shading or no shading at all. After
processing all the results, the board also discovered that
about 47,974 candidates were absent."
The registrar assured the candidates that their results
could be accessed on the JAMB Website:
www.myjambresult.com using their registration numbers.
He said about 40 centres would be screened to ascertain
their culpability and warned the public against Internet
fraudsters.
"Information reaching JAMB shows Internet fraudsters
are already telling candidates that their results could be
upgraded in one form or the other."
This is pure deceit, the public and candidates are hereby
advised to disregard these fraudsters since they do not
have access to our data.
"Let me once again state that candidates are allowed to
change their choices of institutions and courses once
only, this change has to be effected within two weeks
from today."
Ojerinde said the Computer Based Test (CBT) is
scheduled to take place from May 18 to June 1 and
appealed to candidates to reprint their e-registration slips
afresh to further ascertain their CBT centres. (NAN)

Laide Bakare leaves husband, reveals newrelationship(-Read)
Dear Sir,
We would like to announce to the general public on
behalf of Nollywood star actress, Laide Bakare that she
has officially opted out of her relationship with Mr.
Okunfulire, her former husband.
While it lasted, the actress showed the utmost level of
maturity, in spite of the "glaring injustice' from her former
husband.
Laide has endured the marriage with Mr. Okunfulire to
whom she displayed total affection. But things fell ...
apart when she discovered that she was indeed married
to a man with a legally married man and two children not
a single man she thought he was as told her by Mr.
Okunfulire when the relationship started.
But, being a celebrity who has become a model to young
persons in the society, coupled with the need to exercise
decorum, she has kept fate with the marriage until lately
when she could no longer continue and then called it
quits.
Her former union with Mr. Okunfulire produced a
beautiful child, Similoluwa who is nicknamed Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Laide has just entered into a new
relationship with a Lagos based popular businessman,
Mr. Tunde Oriowo. The relationship began late last year
and culminated in the lovers officially sealing it with the
Muslim rites called Nikkai, at a quiet ceremony in Lagos
attended by trusted associates and close family
members from both sides.
Laide Bakare and Mr. Tunde Oriowo who both are
currently holidaying in the United States of America, will
be holding the wedding proper with a big bash before the
end of 2013.

Nicki Minaj Blasts Mariah: You’re A Bitter OldWoman!
In case you forgot … Nicki Minaj STILL HATES Mariah
Carey … and moments ago, she went after the diva
AGAIN … calling her a bitter old woman with no
personality.
Nicki Minaj threw it all out on Twitter, following a series of
heated exchanges on "American Idol" last night.
Apparently, Mariah Carey insulted and taunted Nicki
Minaj during the show, saying Nicki never had a #1
single on the Billboard Top 100.
Obviously, Nicki wasnt going to sit back and get insulted
so she took shots back at Mariah on the show, at one
point breaking out a cotton swab and telling Mariah to
clean out her ears.
But moments ago, Nicki continued the war on Twitter …
telling critics to ask themselves "Why a woman SO
successful at her age, is still so INSECURE, and bitter."
Minaj also made a reference to reports that "Idol"
producers were recently looking to replace Mariah with
former judge Jennifer Lopez:

Girl Caught Stealing At Shoprite Mall In Lagos,Strípped Náked,Iron Rod Inserted In Her Priváte Area
Scientists history of evolutionary called human beings,

'higher' animals, but while some knowledgeable people
are proving them wrong because some human beings

She was lynchéd, strípped unclád, while a bunch of

Most of us are just getting tired of 'these men', these
higher animals who have decided to put the law into their

These men are the ones who will catch a thief first
because they are experts in the game and God help her
if she is a female. The lady in question was caught
stealing, so? What happened to our Police Stations?
Some of us are tired of talking.
ALUU is everywhere. These s*x hungry looking men will
do anything to molest a young lady at the slightest

iron rod into her priváte part. How barbaric? Is that the
punishment for stealing?
